- Secretary of State filings (we complete and file all the necessary paperwork)
- Discussion of Privacy Considerations to protect your home address (we do not provide this service, but will direct you to third-parties who do, separate fee will apply)
- Answers to your LLC formation questions
- Business Entity Maintenance (we provide a guide so you'll know exactly what to do after your LLC is all set up)
- OPTIONAL: Operating Agreement (legally required- but optional template purchase from us)
Keep in mind, the cost of forming your business is often tax-deductible. (woo hoo!)
COST BREAKDOWN:
Starting at $299 (for single-member LLC) + state filing fees (varies, $0 to $500) + optional operating agreement template ($75) + optional third-party service provider fees for privacy concerns (varies from $49 to $150)+ optional Legal QuickFix service ($125, for your local legal requirements), + BOI Report Training ($49, optional)
NOTE: this service is only available in the U.S., and is NOT available for LLCs operating in: Arizona, Nebraska, or New York.
Filing fees will be quoted and charged separately before filing occurs.
